Life happens, we get that. All cancellations must be in writing to [email protected].
- Cancel more than 48 hours before your exam start time for a full refund.
- Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your exam for a 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before your exam for a 25% refund.
If you do not notify us of your cancellation in writing, no refund will be given.
Our aim is to be as fair and flexible as possible.WHAT HAPPENS if I haven't paid before I sit my examination?
Payment needs to be received before we can contact the institution to arrange the delivery of examination materials, or the set up of online examinations. We can’t allow a candidate to sit without payment unless your institution is covering the supervision costs. If they are, you’re all set.WHAT PAYMENT methods do you accept?
You can pay via PayID bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard (credit or debit).HOW DO you calculate cost of an examination?
We only charge for the time you are actually under examination, not for the set up or pack up. For example, for a 30 minute reading time and a 2 hour writing time examination (pen and paper format), the total examination time is 2.5 hours. The cost is calculated as:
$80 per hour x 2.5 hours = $200 (GST inclusive).DISCOUNTS AND OFFERSDO YOU offer discounts for multiple examinations?
Yes we do! During standard testing periods, we offer discounts based on the number of examinations you're sitting with us and how complex they are to administer. We'll outline everything clearly when you book.IF I refer a friend, can I get a discount on my booking?
Yes. If you refer a friend who books and completes their examination with us, we'll give you a 10% discount on the next examination you sit with us. This discount does not apply to Institutions that refer their students to us.EXAMINATION DAY INFORMATIONWHAT TIME will my examination start?
Most institutions expect you to begin at the same time as their on-campus students. As soon as we confirm your examination details with your institution, we'll confirm your start time well in advance.DO YOU support both online and pen and paper examinations?
We sure do. Whether your institution uses digital examinations, traditional paper examinations or a mix of both, we're equipped to handle it.I DON'T have a personal computer, can you supply one for me?
Yes, we have laptops available for students who need them. Just let us know when you book.DO YOU handle sending and returning of examination materials?
Absolutely. We manage the entire process - receiving materials from your institution, securely administering your examination and returning everything according to their policies. You don’t need to worry about a thing.DO YOU cater to examinations where the institution pays for its candidates?
Yes. The team have regularly worked with institutions that cover supervision costs for their students. We collaborate closely with examination teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
